![]() ![]() No matter how crucial information you have saved in the Word file, it can turn blank or show no text under various circumstances. I've not been able to replicate the issue or force it to happen and the only thing I could think of was maybe a corrupt installation of Word 2010, i've ran a repair but as I can't force the issue to happen I don't know if it's resolved so was wondering ifĪnyone had come across this exact issue, a resolution or a way to diagnose it better.A Word document is used to record text or information, pictures, charts, tables, etc. Normal Copy shows the text in black with the font as TTE211C438t00 which i'm guessing is because With Formatting shows the text in black in Arial. I've right clicked the invisible words, Copied with Formatting and just normal Copy and then pasted into Word. I'm able to highlight them and if I right click it says 'SearchĬollege' or whatever word is selected they just seem to be white or transparent. When it's printed to Adobe PDF all words at the bottom disappear but are still there. I was given the original document which looks fine, font at the bottom is Elephant and Bradley Hand IT. That picture printed out ok for me but on the user's print all of the words at the bottom were missing but not the border or the word Off. It is it seems to be intermittently random.Īs you can see the text is there it's just not visible, that was a Word Doc printed to Adobe PDF but it was coming out the same when you just print the Word Doc to the printer. Logged in as the user on the same PC and again it printed out ok so whatever I've logged on to the user's PC, printed the same documents and they printed out fine. In Word, Print Preview and the document look fine, everything appears as it should. Our print guy has took a look and can't see any issues with the drivers and he's printed the same Word Doc to Adobe PDF and it's had the same missing text and pictures. We've had a few users report when they print to the Canon MFDs (via Canon's SecureFollowMe server) bits of text or pictures are missing, this only happens with certain documents. ![]() Hoping your collective genius can help me with this as I'm stumped! ![]()
